  • Facilitated multiple meetings with Mayfair’s Finance Director and Project Management Director

  • Conducted a full floor-by-floor audit to assess and evidence quality issues

  • Created a clear rectification plan addressing all service failures

  • Delivered internal service training and brand-aligned communication support

  • Rebuilt the sales department from scratch, including interviews and new hires for both sales and admin roles

  • Introduced daily stand-ups to foster accountability and communication
