These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and all consulting services, strategy sessions, and packages offered by JJ CONSULTS (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking a service, purchasing a package, or using this website, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Services

JJ CONSULTS offers strategic consulting, clarity calls, branding and business development sessions, and related services under the B.R.A.N.D.S.™ Framework. Full service descriptions and pricing can be found on our Services and Shop pages.

2. Payment Terms

• All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Payment secures your scheduled session or project placement.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

All services and strategy packages are non-refundable once booked and paid.

We believe in the value of strategic clarity and stand by the work we deliver. If you are dissatisfied with your session, please contact us to discuss a resolution.

5. Service Days

JJ CONSULTS observes a strict no-work policy on Sundays in alignment with our spiritual commitment. Any timelines, communication, or delivery will be adjusted accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to attend sessions on time, provide accurate information, and complete any prep materials requested.

• Delays on the client’s part may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials provided during services are the intellectual property of JJ CONSULTS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. All client discussions, documents, and business materials shared will be treated as confidential unless you provide written consent to share.

9. Limitation of Liability

JJ CONSULTS is not liable for any business losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages resulting from the implementation (or lack thereof) of our recommendations.

10. Changes to Terms

JJ CONSULTS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
